Steven Walker Communities was founded by Steve Berzansky and David Peery. The two met while they were students at California Baptist University and decided to pursue real estate development together shortly after graduation. Steven Walker’s first project was a single house located in the City of Riverside.
Our Story
As their families grew, Steven Walker Communities did as well. That first house led to various small tracts which then opened the door to develop much larger ones over the last 30 years. Steven Walker specializes in infill development - Many of the infill sites throughout Riverside are projects which were entitled or built by Steven Walker.

As we look toward the future, Steven Walker remains committed to the development of residential and commercial projects throughout the Inland Empire. We will continually strive to develop projects that enhance the communities in which we work, and to deliver those projects in a way that the surrounding community and our team can be proud of.
