Sunday, January 26, 2023 marked the grand opening of a new Carl’s Jr. in the City of Riverside. Situated on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Van Buren Boulevard, this new restaurant is the first tenant to open in our newly completed multitenant building. This project, a joint venture with the MacArthur family, has deep roots in the City of Riverside. The MacArthur family has owned this piece of property since 1945. After years of ownership, the MacArthur family was excited to see the grand opening come to life. The first customer served on Sunday was none other than Jolyn MacArthur (pictured below). We are excited at the opportunity to bring more dining options to this area of Riverside and look forward to enhancing the retail through the remaining two suites in the future.
