Construction Progress

On the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Van Buren Boulevard construction is almost complete for a 3-suite multitenant building in the City of Riverside. The three suites include: a drive-thru restaurant, and 2 retail spaces. The center will be anchored by Carls Jr. and will be joined by two other tenants. Construction began in early 2022 and is expected to be completed by year end.
