Land Sale - Pierce Flats

Steven Walker Communities is excited to announce the sale of a project in the City of Riverside to Realm, a developer and real estate investor based in Southern California. The project is located on a 4.86-acre site and will consist of a 194-unit multifamily community with a small commercial component. This 4-story development will provide 106 1-bedroom units and 88 2-bedroom units. The site is on a 99-year ground lease and will provide housing options for the area surrounding La Sierra University.
